Madrid will host Fruit Attraction from October 6 to 8, 2026. IFEMA publishes a forecast of more than 121,000 professional visitors, over 2,400 exhibiting companies, and representation from 152 countries.
A professional event of this scale can concentrate demand in just a few days, especially in accommodations well connected to IFEMA, the airport, and transport hubs. This does not mean that all accommodations will automatically register higher occupancy or a higher ADR.
The best decision is to use the event as a signal to review your own data, not as an excuse to raise prices without checking demand.
